Muddy Madness 2025

Today, 10 of our Beavers headed up to Brockhill Farm country park for a day filled with mess, madness, and A LOT of mud. We started off the day making mud potions, mud monsters and even muddy makeup!

We then took a meander around the beautiful pond whilst doing a "love mud" trivia hunt. After our wander, we had a little bit of time and some of the leaders were shocked to learn we had a few beavers who had never played pooh sticks! So after a short stick hunt, we got the beavers lined up on the bridge, 1,2,3 go! 

We headed over to the forest school area, where we were met with a LARGE muddy hill that the beavers loved scaling and sliding down. After we got coated in mud, we went to the campfire and we all had a go at flint and steels and then toasted yummy marshmallows on the fire. 

Finally, we took to the park to burn the last of our energy before heading to de-mud and head for home!

A great day was had by all and a big thanks to Brockhill Farm Country Park for putting on such a fab day for our beavers.
